Best woman of color dermatologist there is! Hands down! I started struggling with acne again in my 30s, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Boswell for about two years now. One thing I’ve learned is that acne treatment is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another. It took some time, patience, and trial and error for us to figure out what worked best for my skin, but we finally got there! I can proudly say I have ZERO bumps on my face, and we’re now working on my hyperpigmentation! I absolutely love this office! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I’m beyond happy with my results and so thankful for Dr. Boswell and her team. Highly recommend! ❤️

Cassandra Cohen is the best ! She always is very attentive and listen to you and tell you what is the best possible treatment! She also let you know that if it doesn’t help to call her right away! And if needed, she calls you back directly . If it’s something simple, she has her assistant call you . She Is very caring And easy to talk to. She always responds even to phone messages very quickly . Her assistant is very good too ! We need more providers like her.

My experience was excellent with Atlanta Dermatology! It was very easy to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was sent links to fill out the paperwork before my appointment making streamlining the appointment very easy! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was seen. Stephanie was very attentive to my concerns and answered any questions that I had. Pleasant experience overall. My doctor was Nikki she was quick but made me feel like she cared. And she touched me without gloves and that made me feel better like I didn't have the plague. overall -very nice experience. I felt uncomfortable about getting undressed for the full body check but she made it a breeze my prescriptions were delivered to me and I am very happy and will return. The front desk was nice and oh they will get that co pay from you on the spot so have that money.

My family and I have been using Dermatology and Mohs for several years now. Making appointments is very easy, there are enough doctors so you're not waiting weeks to see someone. The staff is friendly, my experience has always been little to no wait time in the office and I've never felt rushed by the doctors while seeing them. Shout out to Dr. Kushner, he has a great bedside manner and is very intelligent. He was able to help me when several other derms from other practices were not. Go see these doctors you won't be disappointed.

I could not get an appointment at the office in Shallotte where I am a current patient until my next skin check appointment which was another 3 months away. After 2 calls for appointments, they suggested there was an opening at Whiteville. After a 50 minute drive, I was seen by Sydney Pierce, P.A. and she biopsied a possible squamous cell ca on my arm. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Sydney was great! I appreciate the opportunity to be seen in Whiteville! I will probably make the trip back to Whiteville for treatment. They need more staff in Shallotte but Atlantic Derm in Whiteville was great!

My mother received excellent care from Semhar Mekonen and her assistant. They were very professional and efficient, as were the front office staff.

Zoe and the staff there are very professional and very knowledgeable about all the issues I had!! got 4 cut off and am working on getting the rest burned off!! Zoe makes you feel like it's no big deal she knows what she is doing!! I had a spot for 4 years and she said I have an aggressive carcinoma type of cancer and Zoe and the staff cut it out and got it all the very first time!! I have had spots pop up and one call to them and I was in with in days and cut a piece for biopsy 3 days later got the call and 3 days later was getting them addressed!!! Anytime I have a spot of any kind of questions they get right back with answers!!!

I am very satisfied with the care I received at AAD in Countryside. The assistant was caring and friendly. The Doctor was thorough and professional. I felt that they had my good health in mind for all they did for me. The location is also convenient for me with plenty of parking. My wait time was minimal and the check-in was fast. I was in and out in no time.

Had a procedure this morning. As always the staff were great. I especially liked Minou and her friendly banter combined with her professional attitude. Gloria Lopez was and is amazing.

I’ve been to this dermatology practice now twice to see Dr Liu. I’m very happy that my GP referred me to them! I grew up in Miami and got more than my fair share of sun in the days when we used lotion to magnify the sun’s effect rather than to protect our skin. as such, I’m prone to skin cancer, and Dr Liu, who’s a Mohs surgeon, is an ideal dermatologist for me. And he’s just terrific: bright, thorough, competent and caring. I completely trust him as my doctor… and btw, he’s a heck of a nice guy too! Beyond that, the practice is very well run. The people are friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they get me in with the doctor right on schedule. Well done to all of you and thank you!

Listens, ask open-ended questions to the patient to ensure that patient -physician relationship is on-going in sharing patient care. Awesome specialist as dermatologist.

Appt for skin cancer check and rash. Always great service, timely, and always solve issue. Paige Venables listens to you, evaluates the problem, offers solutions that work, and is always so pleasant it makes you feel super comfortable. I have been dealing with the above issues for a long time with many different specialists basically in Florida, Paige is most definitely the best provider I have ever received treatment for my skin issues. Fantastic - perfect! Physician Assistant Mackenzie Doshi has saved my life and prolonged my generally good health, evidently. PA Doshi is thorough when she examines my skin. Mackenzie gently removed two samples on 12/5/2023 for biopsy analysis. She was amazing during my past visits as well!

I appreciate that it was very easy to get an appointment, and I was seen within days after I called. The office is clean and the front desk staff was helpful. PA Somil Mehta was very pleasant and attentive to my concern, and the interactions I had with the others working there were pleasant and professional as well. I was happy with my experience there.

I was able to get in very quickly, and the location was very close to where we are. The staff was friendly and professional. Debbie at the front desk was welcoming with a smile. The first one who called me back to the exam room(I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was super kind and professional with a great sense of humor. I saw Whitney and she was very knowledgeable , she offered to answer my questions and give reassurance during my visit. She had a comforting bedside manner. The visit was very quick, but it was to be expected in my particular case. I felt like she would have taken the time needed if I had more questions or concerns. Would like to be a repeat patient next time we are in the area.

Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. So plan to arrive 1 hour early and you just might make it in time. 👤😵‍💫

I cannot recommend Dr. Sylvia Suarez enough!!! She is thorough, caring and personable. I have been going to her for over a decade and have ongoing issues with sun damaged skin and precancerous lesions (results of being fair skinned and living an active outdoor life). Twice she has diagnosed squamous cell carcinomas and referred me to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Rosemary Liu) to have them removed. Since first becoming a patient of Dr. Suarez, I have moved out of the area but still eagerly drive an hour to continue to see her. She is worth every minute, and more, in the car for me .Rock Star Dermatologist!!! And her “Right Arm, Ha Tran, follows in her footsteps.

She and her associate were so professional and thorough- not rushed and explained everything well. Went for my second annual where a pre-cancerous lesion was found and dealt with. From walking in and being greeted (Fallon is amazing!) to being brought back by Toby (very pleasant and sweet) to meeting Dr. Boswell (thorough, listened to my concerns, professional) and getting my exam it was a great experience! Would recommend!

Had another amazing experience. Love this office. Everyone made you feel comfortable and the practitioners gave thoughtful advice.

My appointment was with Dr Prussick yesterday. I want to give a shout out to the office staff, all very friendly and helpful. Dr Prussick also listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I’m very disappointed that the practice is part of networks of medical practices purchased by private equity firms. These firms have a reputation for putting profits above patients, cutting corners while increasing patient costs. They know nothing about dermatology and patient care and could care less.

Dr McKenzize is the best! I only got to her now for all of my needs.

Dr Fetcek is so professional and compassionate, as well as the staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly efficient, knowledgeable staff. Only downside is there is no sign for dermatology Associates outside of the building so leave a few minutes earlier so you can find it.

Dr. Curtain and his team are fabulous. They were able to fit me into the schedule right away, and even called with biopsy results after hours on a Friday. I can’t recommend them enough.

My visits are always pretty quick . No huge waiting time. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and are very professional while I’m there.
