I have been going to the Anne Arundel Dermatology Clinic in Hagerstown for about 8 months. From the moment you walk in you can tell they care. The lobby is spotless.! Proceed to the front desk and you will meet some really nice, and professional receptionists. I have never had a moment where I thought someone was being rude or impatient checking me in, or checking me out after an appointment and scheduling the next. I see PA-C Ashley Kum. SHE. IS AMAZING.!.!.! She is so professional, polite and kind. She evidently loves her position there and what she does. I have never seen her without her smile. It makes a patient feel more relaxed knowing their provider is happy and in a good mood.! I've told my mother about my experiences there and now she wants to come see Ms Ashley Kum and get some things taken care of. I only gave 5 stars because that's the most I could give. But, this clinic should be getting 10 out of 10's from everyone.!!! Thank you soooo much for all you've done to improve my Quality of Life.!!! May The Lord bless each and every one of you.!!!

It had been years since I was at the dermatologist and I was a but anxious for this appointment. Turns out, that was not at all necessary! From check in with Jocelyn and Jaycee, to check out with Meghan (with interaction with Joann, too!), I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, was 100% comfortable through the entire visit, and felt valued as a patient. The tech/assistant (I will butcher the spelling but her name reminded me of Marina) who escorted me to the exam room was super friendly and helped me be at ease with her explanation of what I should expect. The doctor I saw (Kerri), was so patient and thorough, making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that I understood what she was doing during the head-to-toe exam. I will recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dermatologist!

My mom saw Jen Abbott, the PA and she was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and there was hardly a wait. Jen looked at mom's concerns and was not only thorough, but very kind. She answered all of our questions and was very reassuring. My mom recently had a stroke and is in a wheelchair. She has been going to a lot of doctor's visits which has been traumatic and scary for someone who was, until recently, very healthy. Jen and her team made the experience really comfortable and my mom felt cared for. I think this is the first doctor's visit she has left in a long time feeling good. I am very thankful to Jenn and the team at Tideway in Bel Air!!

This was very first head to two skin exam, and Dr Conjelko completely put my mind at ease. He took his time explaining everything to me and described every type of freckle or mole or sun damage he found. I did not feel rushed and he answered every question I had. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. Even if you don't think anything is wrong, it's good to get your skin checked every once in a while.

Huge shoutout to Nurse Practitioner Kelsey Reed and the receptionist for their excellent care and customer service. I was a little upset after driving to my appointment and learning that my provider was unable to see me due to an insurance credentialing issue that I had not been informed about beforehand. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped arrange for me to see Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to address all of my concerns. I want to preface this by saying I have severe social anxiety and advocating for my health is not easy for me to do. This was my first visit at AA Dermatology- Columbia. I was seen by Mackenzie Doshi, P.A.-C for a severe eczema flare up on my hands. I had been seen by others previously and they just kept giving me creams that I made clear to them, were not working for me. Dr. Doshi listened to my concerns and actually came up with a different treatment plan to try. I haven’t started the new regimen yet but I already feel better knowing that I have someone that will listen to me and treat me as an individual because healthcare is not one size fits all.

My daughter managed to basically tattoo herself on the face due to a mishap with a sharpened pencil. I called around to every derm office in the area who either didn't answer or had a 3+ month long wait list. This practice picked up and when I explained the situation managed to get my daughter a same-day appointment. Unfortunately I don't go there anymore because I recently moved but I HAVE to deliver my experience for these ladies... One of the BEST doctors I personally feel like I can go to. Overall great experience. The service they use to book appointments and acquire documents online works fast and smoothly. Front desk was warm and welcoming. I waited about ten minutes which was no big deal. The physician quickly assessed my concerns and made sure I understood her explanation/diagnosis. I booked another appointment as a follow up and was on my way. My only suggestion would be maybe some light music playing in the waiting room. A little too quiet in there:) They offer a wide variety of services and this review was only for a skin cancer check.

Hello, I used this facility while I was visiting from Puerto Rico. It is very clean when you walk in and also throughout the building. The receptionist was beautiful, kind, very fun to talk to, and very helpful. Dan is the one who performed my injections, and he did a fabulous job. Very much took the time to make sure that it was the proper amount, angled, right, put dots and lines all over my face, let me look in the mirror, explained everything to me, also gave us honest opinion if I needed more or less of anything. I highly recommend anyone living in Sevierville or visiting to use the clinic. You will not be disappointed.

I had my second microneedling session with Cam, and it was very relaxing. The topical numbing made the procedure feel like a relaxing skin scrub. I am already seeing great results since we added on the PRP. The procedure itself is quick and easy with a quick healing time that looked like a mild sun burn. On my first visit years ago Dr Primka walked in and in 5 minutes he had diagnosed me with a genetic disease that causes basal skin cancers and other problems. I had been trying for years to find out what was causing my problems and had been to several Drs. It's a hour and half drive for me to get to the office ,and my home is only 10 minutes from a dermatologist where I live , but the drive is well worth it when you have a great doctor !!!!
