Have gone there over many years. They are an exception dermatology practice, from Dr. Primka to Sandra Vaughn and today Lindsay. Great support staff. I trust this practice.

Saw PA Lina Weber for an urgent issue. She tried to relieve my discomfort but a more involved procedure was needed. She apprised me of this. She was informative, professional and caring. Their admin, Derrick, was delightful. Small office with a very intimate vibe.

Dr. Valentin is bright, knowledgeable, thorough, very personable and approachable. Her staff is also very pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend her very highly.

The Dr, I believe her name is Ann is the GOAT. I will never go to another Dr for my skin issues. She knows her stuff. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment to come to the back, which is unheard of in a Doctors office. Ive gone to many other dermatologists and was extremely disappointed, but she gave me hope again in my skin issues. I recommend her to EVERYONE. She is straight forward, her treatment strategy is effective and she is super nice and funny. Everyone go to her! Her and her staff make it the best experience ever. My husband was so impressed, he even wanted to go for his skin issues.

My Husband and I saw Dr Michele Brown and her entire staff today, for the very first time. So nice to be greeted by pleasant caring staff, as well as being worked up by their support staff, then Dr Brown came in. She was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Looked us both over. Took care of some skin tags and things. The whole thing under an hour. No waiting what an amazing concept for a doctor's office. We strongly recommend and we will be back in 6 months. I had an amazing experience going here! My family recommended it and Dr. Lina and her team was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind. I was walked through every step of the process and what I would need to do to get on track! I was in and out within 20 minutes!

My appt was for a full body scan since I am a new patient at East Tennessee Dermatology. I saw Whitney Colella, MPAS,PA-C Certified Physician Assistant ~ she was great, very professional and thorough. She explains everything in detail. I will go back for a follow up in a month while ‘keeping an eye’ on an area on my nose. My husband will also see her for pre cancerous marks on his head. Great office and staff- super friendly and happy to work with.

The staff are polite and professional, but with a sense of humor, which makes it much more pleasant than a dermatology appointment would be otherwise. Every year I get in there to get checked out. Been going to them for about 10 years. The always do a thorough check and the Doc's are very pleasant to deal with. As a person who has never used sunscreen very much, it's a big deal! Life is good, enjoy the days you are given in good health!

If you have skin issues and other dermatologist have not successfully treated your issues, give Dr. Boswell of Atlantic Dermatology a try. I am very pleased with the treatment plan she has provided on first try. The office staff is pleasant and attentive. The facility is clean and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Boswell.

I had an appointment with Dr. Malone. Let me just say Dr. Malone and her staff are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, available, supportive, professional. I was very anxious about my appointment, I had several questions!!!! All my questions were answered, I was not rushed, they made sure I was as comfortable as could be. The following day Dr. Malone called to check on me and when I called with additional questions, my call was promptly returned. Thank you Dr.Malone and staff!!!

Dr. Momtemarano was amazing. One of the best doctor experiences I've had.... ever. I went in for a potentially unpleasant experience, a cancer biopsy of a badly discolored pinkie toe nail, which I was told beforehand would involve drilling into it or removal of the entire nail. In the end, he did pry off and pull out the entire nail and then slice into the tissue underneath to get a biopsy sample. The thing that hurt the most was the anaesthesia injection. Despite the invasiveness of it all, my primary experience of it was, "wow, what a confident, competent, calming and friendly presence this doctor is!" He has a super warm bedside manner, as well as an extraordinary ability to explain complex things, listen actively and respond, and instill a sense of comfort. He was great. I'd go back in tomorrow to have another toenail removed just for the good conversation.

Dr. O'Neill was responsive to all of my concerns. I made another appointment on the spot for a follow-up.

Only reason the don't get 5* is because of the handicap ramp to get in the place. I take a couple clients who use rollators. The ramp is very long and pretty steep. But felt the were going to fall backwards & needed a rest as soon as we got to the door. Its also not covered so we got soaked when it started pouring.

One of the best experiences I have had in any hospital visit. The staff was respectful, no delays, the doctor was understanding and very knowledgeable. Very great experience.

Dr. Bob Kras has a great bedside manner. His approach is professional with a touch of casual humor. Most of all he seems to respect his nurse and staff which is a very imprtant value to me. Mia is a wonderful nurse she is very skilled with giving injections. She is kind and assuring. The receptionist is very efficient and friendly. Overall a great team.

Recently arrived in the area and needed to see a dermatologist. Walked in to see how long it would take to get an appointment as a new patient. Tracy at the front desk was friendly and efficient and went beyond what I expected by finding an opening to get me in immediately. She helped with all the forms required and within less than 15 minutes I was with the Doctor who was very personable and efficient. Great example of how front desk staff can make a positive impact!

Synopsis - Amazing staff made this an amazing experience. I went in with some skin concerns that I had been reluctant to get taken care of. Finally broke down and set up an appointment online, got the vast majority of my paperwork and questionnaires out of the way online, and booked it. To be able to get all of those things out of the way ahead of heading to the appointment was so nice. The staff at the center were all amazing. From the wonderful receptionists, to Dari (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was my assistant and Suzanne Craven who took care of my skin issues--it was amazing. They were thoughtful, listened, provided their expertise and advice, and cared. I truly cannot say enough good things about this whole experience for me. It'll be the only place I ever go to for anything dermatology related in the future, no doubt about it. 5 Cleared Up Stars out of 5!

I visited Sharnel Reed for a CoolPeel Tetra Laser treatment and she completely exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients stood out from the moment I walked in. Throughout the entire procedure, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and reminded me that I could speak up at any point — which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and stress-free. The treatment itself was painless, and her attentiveness made it even better. Her medical assistant Nicolette as well as the front desk staff were equally impressive. Overall great experience. The service they use to book appointments and acquire documents online works fast and smoothly. Front desk was warm and welcoming. I waited about ten minutes which was no big deal. The physician quickly assessed my concerns and made sure I understood her explanation/diagnosis. I booked another appointment as a follow up and was on my way. My only suggestion would be maybe some light music playing in the waiting room. A little too quiet in there:) They offer a wide variety of services and this review was only for a skin cancer check.

I think you all have a great office staff and doctors. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. And I even got to joke around which I think is very important because for me it makes me feel more comfortable and feel like a person when there are great interactions like that. Everything was explained easily and very comprehensively. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had an appointment with Julie the first of this month. I have been seeing her for years now, and have never been let down. I went to the office in Rockingham, and cannot say enough good things about all the staff. But, somebody needs to take that "burnie" thing away from her. She came in the exam room with that thing strapped to her waist and hanging low. She drew it, burned me, and had in back on her side before I knew what was going on......... I had great care and enjoyed myself a lot, cannot say that about many Doctors office. Thanks to everyone there and keep up the good job. Fred

What an outstanding experience this was. It is always alarming when you hear the word cancer. That strikes terror. This facility is just wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. listened, provided all the information regarding the procedure. My cancer is gone and now the healing begins. My suggestion is preparation is everything. Make sure you have all that you need for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Ask questions, write down your own questions. do exactly as prescribed and you will be great. Dr. Monte, his assistants, the front desk are consummate professionals. The waiting area is clean and inviting along with a coffee station. My word to everyone. WEAR YOUR SUNBLOCK. no tanning beds. and contact them if ever needed.

Didn’t wait long at all to get seen. Saw Dr Murphy, who very apparently cares about clients. Got clear answers to all my questions, and just overall quick and solid care (shoutout again to how quick/efficient they are - so used to blocking hours out of the day for any other doctor’s appointment, but I was in & out and on with my day with some real progress)

Lauren Sukri made my visit this morning as pleasant as I could have hoped for. Prompt, concise commentary on my skin condition, followed by an invitation to return if anything bothers me. What’s not to like?
