Make the switch to Medical-Grade Skincare Products

Your skin is the largest organ on your body. So, it’s important to take care of it properly. A good skincare routine can help restore youth and give skin your natural glow back. But what counts as a good skincare routine? The first step is to use medical-grade products rather than over-the-counter skincare products.  Below are a few reasons why you should make the switch:

Medical-grade skin care is typically subject to FDA-Regulation and is backed by clinical trials.

Skin care companies such as iSclinical, SkinCeuticals, and ZO Skin Health are backed by science and make products that are safe and effective. These companies have invested years in clinical trials to be able to provide their customers with safe, professionally tested skin care products.

These products have more active ingredients than the leading OTC brands.

Part of why medical-grade products are subject to FDA-Regulation is because of their levels of active ingredients. Active ingredients penetrate the skin at a deeper level to have better results. Since OTC brands are not FDA regulated and do not have scientific evidence or backing behind their product, they legally are only allowed to have a certain amount of active ingredients.

Luxury products are just as expensive as medical-grade products but lack the seal of approval from a Dermatologist.

Products that are sold at luxury makeup stores and department stores carry a hefty price tag while lacking the science that medical-grade products have. Making the switch to medical-grade products will give your skin optimal results and will save you money in the long run from purchasing products that don’t give you the results you need.

Remember in April, for every $250 you spend on products, you receive One (1) entry for a HydraFacial package of Four (4) treatments! You can purchase products at any of our offices. Want to meet with someone to discuss products? Schedule your consultation today.
